funny, exciting and annoying moments
Okay so this week my daughter decided to be a foodie and with me her mum who is currently eating for two, my house was a battle field.
When we woke up, I politely asked my husband to make me food that I was hungry, while he was at it, my daughter woke up.
The first thing she said was mummy banana, I was not surprised because she asked for it last night before going to bed, but it was too late to get any so I asked her to sleep, promising to get her banana in the morning.
Little did I know that my daughter is like the Internet that never forgets.
Fast forward, I stood up, went out and got her banana. Funny as it may sound it was me that was claiming tired and was about to be given a princess treatment. Am now an errand girl to the real Princess. It is well
Moving forward again, my food was ready and I was about to eat.
Here comes my Co wife asking me to drop my spoon and give up my food for her, like i don't understand, what do you mean by mummy drop the spoon.
Immediately called the father to come and carry his daughter before I act funny, I was so pained anytime she interrupts my food. To cut the long story short I gave her the food, luckily for me my husband saved me some portion in the pot because he suspected my daughter might come for the food.
Like after making me go out to buy banana, you now settled for me food. You need to see how she was eating so happily like an adult.
That was the war of breakfast.
At lunch I decided to get roasted yam from a food street vendor close by, as usual I bought for two because I didn't want history to repeat it self again and my daughter surprised me .
I tried giving her some but she declined it, and just when I was about to eat the last piece, the asked for her own food.
I thought you were not interested why the sudden interest.
She cried and cried until I bought her's for her, and she eat.
I know by now you would be wondering how old is the girl. This my madam is just one year and 9 month.
This has really dragged my food with me this week 😔, as much as am older than her am feeling very bullied.
This girl has shown me pepper, the only thing I hear in this house when it comes to food is mummy drop that thing, mummy out it in my mouth, mummy my food, mummy eat give me na.
On this particular day my daughter upgraded her vocabulary to "mummy don't touch my food," it so annoying because I feel so helpless.
Someone pls come and help a sister.
