The Diary Game || 16- 11- 2024 || RC-2024 Declare The Good News_Day 2

Dear diary.

It was yet another day to attend the Jehovah's witness regional convention day-2. In my day-1 of regional convention here, I talked about the special moments i experienced with my brothers, i also shared the crucial lessons i deprived from the convention; kindly bear in mind that it's actually a three days streak convention.

It was finally the day-2 of the regional convention and I began the day very earlier when the sunrise was about to come into existence and the night was gradually fading away.

Actually I was handling a content before I slept off unaware, I draw my focus on publicizing the content immediately i rose up from sleep. I was still sleepy and tired due to the stressful but fullfilling day which I had yesterday, but then I had to be stronger enough to got myself prepared ahead of the core event of the day.

MORNING AND AFTERNOON SESSION

I step outside with my squeeze convention outfit packed inside a bag, the mission was to apply a hot iron on it so it could look decent. While on my journey to go iron the outfit, I encountered with the laundry man who was going for a house delivery; he asked me to wait him at his shop and I did exactly as he said, he was longer than expected and I was running late so I left without his returned, the next laundry shop i knew was far so i had to board a bus to quickly reach his premise.

Luckily I met the second laundry and he was about to open, i assisted him in arranging his shop and he was ready to work. He iron the shirt and my tie properly and I recommended his good work, he charged me 300 in Nigeria currency which is approximately 0.92 STEEM.

Coming back home, i hurriedly took a bath and departed without a break fast. I boarded a bus driver immediately i arrived the tarred road and he charged me a sum of 200 naira from my location to ring road, i spent a total of six hundred naira, 3.4 STEEM before I finally arrive the last junction that lead to the convention ground.

My last drift was a bike man who charged me 200 naira, making it all a total of eight hundred naira before I finally arrive the convention ground. I normally don't like climbing all these bike men because it's always dangerous sitting on a two tire vehicle but it was the only option.

There i finally step my feet on the convention grass, i arrived late and hungry so i first bought a snacks and a liquid Fanta drink to calm down my tummy. After some minutes of consuming the junkie, i passed through the main gate to finally attend the convention.

The morning session was enriched with a nutritious meal, digging out the fulfilled prophecy of Jesus. Most of those prophecy was prophesied thousands of years before it came to passed, let me share two with y'all.

What I learned during the morning session.

It was prophesied in Isaiah 7:4 that God will give the world a signed, sign about what? Sign about the coming of his son Jesus. The prophecy of Isaiah continues that a young woman will conceived and give birth to a son and he'll be named Emmanuel, did this prophecy finally fulfilled? Yes it did.

Mathew has remark about the birth of Jesus Christ and how he was born, Mathew 1:18,22-23; Jesus was born as a baby through marry, a woman who never slept with a man despite his marital status, that was a fulfillment of Isaiah prophecy.

Secondly, it was also prophesied in micah 5:2 that Jesus Christ will be born on a Small village called Bethlehem, did this prophesy fulfilled, yes it did.

Looking into Luke record, Luke 2:4-7; Joseph and marry went up from the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to David’s city, which is called Bethlehem, they were in a mission of registering themselves as it was commanded, marry was already impregnated and she was at Bethlehem when she gave birth to Jesus. Therefore the prophecy was fulfilled.

Today we still have pending prophecy that was prophesied thousands of years in past, we might overlook those prophecy because of too much time, remember the prophecy of Jesus Christ didn't happen in a hurry, it took thousands of years before it came to fulfilled, the remaining prophecy will also come to pass in due time and it wouldn't pass the right time.

The morning session halted with a healthy baptism speech. It was such an informative speech that encourage the baptisers to continue being submissive to God. Guess what!!! a younger sister of @alli001, probably the youngest sis was baptized and we were all happy as we took a picture with her. She's finally a full Jehovah's witness.

After the excitement moment, I was called to consume a nice delicious food. Making it shot and understandable, I ate four different foods; coconut rice with fried plantains, porridge plantain, MTN rice and fried rice with plantain.

I was energized by these carbohydrates, protein yet energy given food. We really enjoyed those food and we didn't pay a shishi for the food, it was our lovely family from different destinations that brought the foods and gave away willingly without a sum.

We definitely didn't just eat during the morning break, we took pictures and it was around the afternoon session because it was 12 o'clock. These pictures were stunning and sharp in such a way that intrigued the mind.

We rested for a bit as well before the resumption of the afternoon session, it was a session inspired with an encouraging word of God from the bible and short videos that catches the mind. I was encouraged in different ways, let me share two here.

Being a Christian, we usually got criticize by the people in the environment especially during the ministry hours in the streets, but guess what, there's a gems in Isaiah that would help us overcome and defeat bad news and harmful gossips.

Isaiah 52:7 has a message that reminds us of how beautiful the feets of those who shared the good news, how beautiful the feets of those proclaiming the peace are. This Bible verse is the right equipment because it encouraged us to keeps doing the rightful thing.

Sharing the good news isn't the work of the apostle alone, it was before but they did delivered their parts, today it's our own part to deliver ours too. Paul, Peter, Timothy and lot's more kept a good examples for us and their work were recorded as a direction and encouragement to us. It is our duty to keep preaching the good news with sense in wherever we are just like the apostles. 2 Timothy 4:5.

It was close with an encouraging song that reminds us to keep being submissive to God and doing his will willingly, followed by prayer as usual. Our work remains the same as day one which was sweeping the walkways and keeping them tidy ahead of another day.

After the sweeping, we went ahead to have a full pictures, alli001 and jewell005 were there alone with others who loves to captured. We made a photo gallery for the day full of eyes catchy pictures that would definitely served as a memory to those who would have it saved for the long term like I do.

Spending time, hours and day's with peaceful people does worth anticipating, because all the moments are filled with smiles and laughters and pictures are always cute, handsome, extraordinary in nature and vibrant. We look like people's with less or no worries but our life are full with burdens, this is because living in Jehovah's house means peach of mind and comfort.

EVENING SESSION

I left with the intention of preparing for the last day which was Sunday. I didn't went home straight, i branch to shop some clothes in the heart of my town which is plaza, i bought a new shirt because I was short of outfit to wear on the last day of the convention. I was moved to bought a juicy fruit along the roadside as it was so luring, an apple fruit indeed.

I finally reached home to wash the new shirt that I spent 3000 in Nigeria currency, approximately 8 STEEM. Somehow I was wondering if the shirt would be dried before the next day morning but it didn't stops me from washing it because already the shirt was a kind of dirty and I don't like wearing one especially in public places, that would be a red flag.

After washing the shirt, my phone was about to switch off and my power bank was outside charging, I had to reach out to the junction and unplug it, coming back I got attracted to a roasted chicken and fried potatoes and yam, i couldn't afford to go home without buying some and as a matter of fat, the house was empty and dried, it was my dinner.

In conclusion, my day was well spent, it was blessed and fulfilled. The whole moment I experienced with friends was awesome and I was delighted, the last day of the convention is coming soon.
