Hello my dearest friends, it's another week of food challenge for us. I hope we are all ready to present our meals in the best style possible.

I know that we are all benefitting from this challenge because we get to learn different types of recipes and how to prepare them. I personally have benefitted from the contest and so today I'm going to show you a simple and delicious recipe that I have learnt to make.

For this week I prepared the indomie noodles in a different way. You could call it the noodle soup 🤗.

See how I combined it with the plantain for this challenge.

The Indomie brand noodles preparation

The first step I took was to purchase the indomie. I then got out the ingredients as listed below:

Ingredients

IMG_20220204_212323_051.jpg

  • Indomie brand noodle
  • Riped plantain
  • Onions
  • Dry pepper
  • Uziza seed (piper guineense)
  • Uda seed (negro pepper)
Preparations

First step, I cut the onions and the pound the Uziza and Uda seed in a mortar.

I then cut the plantain to smaller shapes and kept aside

After that I put a little water that will be a bit higher than the indomie level and put it to heat. When that was done I put the noodles inside and covers for a while

After a while I opened the pot and added the plantain and later the other ingredients.

After adding all the ingredients, I covered the pot for the plaintain to soften and then stir them together. I wouldn't want to let the water dry from the pot since it's in form of a soup

After stirring them together the food was done and I served it.
