Greeting everybody,
I am honoured to be a part of steem kids. If the contest about the kids does not make you want to participate, what will? We, human beings, go through the different stages of life. Being a child is the early stage of our life. We find ourselves always being around our parents. We cannot deny the fact that the parents are the first teacher in our life.

Being at this age of my life, what i believe, through my experience, is that the child should have the more influence from home. But, the more influence ends up being in school with times. Home is the place where they spent their times with their parents until before they are capable of going to school. For instance, 0-5years, during these period, a child learns crawling to standing, the child starts to sense the surroundings. Besides, they develop their trust and love towards their parents. Then, only a child is able to go to school. Having said this, my personal view would be that the home is to be considered as primary school where they are being equipped with all the basic skills they need to learn and understand the outer world.

In general speaking, school can be considered as a second home for the child. Once schooling starts, they will be spending most of their time at school. As a result, the child is more likely to have more influence on school. As the child gets along with the new environment, they might be learning different new things. Some learns bad things because of the bad friends he/shegets with. On the other hand, some learns good things and builds a good reputation among students and teachers.

I believe that If the child gets more influence from home,

• He/She is more discipline.
• The child gets to interact with their parents about everyday activities in home, so that they get to familiarise with.
• Besides the school education, the child at home learns and embrace the culture, tradition, religion e.t.c.
• The home is the peaceful place for the child to study with no disturbance.
• The child at home will always have direct or indirect guidance on their personal/academic activities from their parents at once.
