Hello, welcome to another lesson on cooking today, I'll be teaching you a new step for making bean soup.

This is one of the nutritional value ingredients that we use to build our body system, it has vitamins that help in the development of our bone, skin, and new tissue that keeps our body physically fit this is one of the recommended meals that both adults and children are advised to eat it daily because it's essential in protein

When I was pregnant with my child bean became my favorite meal I cook it with spinach with a lot of pepper and much red oil then I would sit down relax and eat to my satisfaction this is my favorite I eat it with rice and also make soup with it beans has a lot of steps and way of consumption some people use it to make moi-moi and others use it to make porridge

But today I will be teaching you steps in making the bean soup.

I bought all the ingredients required except for spinach because I have it in my backyard in this rainy season we have all these ingredients around us that make our cooking easy.

Ingredients as follows...
*Bean
*Red oil
*Crayfish
*Pepper
*Onions
*Spinach
*Maggie

Step one

I suck the bean into the water and keep it aside for 2 minutes then I use my small Malta to pound it so that I can remove the black spots and I pills the back

I wash it properly and then I remove the chaff and all the stones and put it in the pot, some beans can contain little stones if not carefully washed so I normally wash my beans carefully so that I will not come in contact with stones

I put it on fire then I put a slice of onions so that it can be soft quickly applying onions into your bean can make your cooking easier because it has its own kind of magic I use it always and I see that it's saved my time and consume less of my gas

I pound all the ingredients crayfish, pepper, onions, and I slice the spinach and I put an empty pot on fire with red oil on it then I put all the ingredients into the red oil with 2 cubes of Maggie, after dropping the cooked beans I allowed the ingredients to fry for 1 minute

Beans have sweetness and that makes it an ingredient less if you have the money you can put all the meats into the soup but if you don't have the money you can still enjoy your meal with the full protein on it because this is a proteinous food on it own

I turn the cooked beans back into the pot and a little water with five cubes of Maggie then I allow it to boil to my satisfaction and for it to mix with the ingredients, then I add to spinach and mix it for two seconds and I drop it because I love my soup to be in green color.

The Bean soup has no selection for swallow it can be served with fufu, EBA, amala, row rice swallow, and also pounded yam.
