If what you know today is exactly the same as what you know 10 years ago and you have not added any new knowledge, then you have lost relevance. Knowledge also does not depend on status or age. Someone younger than you may have the knowledge you're looking for. This person may not like you, but if they have the knowledge you are looking for, you should put your pride aside and demand that knowledge. Remember, you are not rewarded with age, but by results.
