Which I found very constructive.When a village is urbanized animals are deprived of their free environment.Due to their over-propagation they are forced to be confined to the streets. Even pet owners fail to manage multiples. Due to which dogs and cats appear more on the streets.Because they can give birth to multiple babies at the same time.

Managing street animals is really a challenge. When they don't have enough funds to operate. No activities are implemented as per government policy. Again, the fear of spreading disease from among them also hinders their management.
