This is the Daily Contest #6. We have successfully run the previous contest, this is an added encouragement for us to continue to run the daily contest so that members of this Community are more active and creative.

The theme of this contest is "Daily Contest #6 : Tell Me About Your Favorite Fruit and the Nutrients They Contain". The theme this time was motivated because so many members at Steem Healthcare shared about the benefits of fruit, we want you to tell and share when you consume your favorite fruit and share the benefits of that fruit with all of us in the Steem Healthcare community.

Rules

2. Make a post about your favorite fruit and tell about its nutritional content.
3. Add a photo of the fruit. Very good, if you use your own photos.
4. Posts must be in Steem Healthcare Community.
5. Posts must contain at least 200 words.
6. Posts that show plagiarism will not be judged.
7. Use the first tag #shcdailycontest, #contest and your country (eg Indonesia and Venezuela).
8. Resteem this post so more people know.
9. You can write in any language you understand.
10. Invite 3 friends from your respective countries to enter this contest by post.

The contest takes place after this post is published and will end on the date (Mei 30- 2021).
