Last Monday, January 2, I went with my family to the Turpialito hamlet, a rural town located on Trunk 9, national highway to the city of Carúpano, Sucre State. There is a Hydrobiological Station belonging to the Universidad De Oriente. We left the house very early in the morning, to make the most of the day and not miss a single moment.

En la que se encuentra una Estación Hidrobiológica perteneciente a la Universidad De Oriente. Salimos de la casa bien temprano en la mañana, para aprovechar al máximo el día y no perdernos ni un instante.
Since we took the national road, bordered with imposing mountains and a beautiful coast, we had breakfast and bought coffee from the region to wake us up. On the road we could see many vendors in the area offering fruits of the time as mango, jovito, merey, peanuts, guama, pomalaca and the one that could not miss tender coconut with its respective water, a wonderful gift of nature.
Desde que tomamos la carretera nacional, bordeada con imponentes montañas y una costa bellísima, desayunamos y compramos café de la región para despertarnos. en la vía pudimos ver muchos vendedores de la zona ofreciendo frutos de la época como mango, jovito, merey, maní, guama, pomalaca y el que no podía faltar coco tierno con su respectiva agua un regalo maravilloso de la naturaleza.
This trip to the beach was the desire of everyone for this new year, to start with positive energy and good vibes. The state of Sucre is a state where the beauty of these landscapes abounds, with the smell of the sea breeze and its sound combined with the crashing of the waves offers us a wonderful spectacle.
