My First Baking Adventure || A Delicious Success Story
Today I wanna share my first baking experience. When one day I randomly decided to bake a cake, at that time I was in school. I decided to bake a chocolate cake, then I searched on YouTube for the recipe for chocolate cake, saw a video of 7 spooned chocolate cake, and decided to try that recipe.
My mother said are you sure? you better not mess up the ingredients. I said don’t worry I’ll try my best and I started collecting all the ingredients many ingredients were not there so I went to the market with my mother and bought all the ingredients like cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla essence, and the main thing was the mold for the cake as I didn’t have one, other ingredients like eggs, oil, sugar, milk, and chocolate for the ganache.
After collecting all the ingredients I prepared the mold with oil spray on baking paper. Then I mixed all the dry ingredients and poured liquidy things in the dry mix and the batter was ready to bake. I was so scared because that was my first cake and I was not so experienced in cooking or baking. I eagerly waited for the cake to be baked perfectly until then I prepared ganache with milk and chocolate and put the ganache in the fridge to be settled.
After the baking time was completed, I took out the cake, and when I saw the cake I was over the moon, the cake baked perfectly, and my mother was also happy about my success. I then put the ganache over the cake, the cake was flavorful, soft, fluffy, and far away from my expectations. I enjoyed the cake with my family, they all loved it.
That was the first and best experience for me.
