     I challenge you to make a publication telling us about a seasonal fruit in your region; share with us the reason why you like this seasonal fruit; how you get it to consume it (you have it in your personal garden or you buy it in the greengrocer); If you had to buy it: How much would it cost to buy a kilo of this seasonal fruit (in Steem); if you want to share the way in which you consume it with a recipe or a juice of this fruit it will be very well seen.

       Let's promote among all the consumption of fruits rich in vitamins and nutrients that do good to the health of the human body and start the new year with healthy routines.
