Good day steemians!

IMG_3381.jpeg

Each of us really love to have a healthy snacks especially when we are in a diet. And this recipe is so simple to make and very healthy. This is best when dip in a "ginamos" but since we dont have stock for that we just dip it in brown sugar. But you can just eat it anyway without using all of those.

What I am refering to is "saging saba". We had this because my cousin gave it to us because she went to her hubby's place in mountain and they had lots of fruit crops their. Sometimes they will not just bring banana, they will also bring kamote, latundan, corn, mango and a lot more.

So, let us start our recipe for today!

✨INGREDIENTS:✨

  • saging saba
  • water

✨PROCEDURE:✨

Step 1:

There are only 3 easy steps in making nilagang saging. Easy to make, delicious in our tummy and very healthy. But take note, this is not perfect for people who has gastro problems. You can eat but just limit the amount of your intakes. First step is to pile the banana inside the caserole.

Step 2:

When you are done piling, put water in it enough for the banana or just a level on the banana.

Step 3:

Put it on the stove with a normal heat. Wait for 20-30 minutes or until the banana will soften or will turn to brownish color.

Afterwards, you can take it out. You can enjoy eating it while it is hot.

In my side, I want to use ripe saging saba because I can feel its sweetness. But not too ripe.

So, if you havent tried this recipe, you can follow my simple steps.

Inviting my friends @mercy11 and @marzyoung11.

Sincerely,
