Seeing a very messy room often has an impact that is more than just visual discomfort. When the bedroom door opened and the first sight that greeted him was the pile of scattered clothes, disorganized books and out-of-place items, it felt like the walls of the world came crashing down within seconds. This feeling can be so disturbing that sometimes it makes your head throb and your heart feels tight.

A messy room often reflects a person's state of mind. When everything around us seems disorganized, it often reflects the chaos that exists in our minds. Seeing items that are disorganized can trigger feelings of stress and anxiety, as if there is a heavy load that must be lifted, even though it is actually just a physical object. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, where every time we try to relax, we can't ignore the chaos around us.

When we enter a messy room, we are often attacked by various kinds of visual stimuli. Piles of clothes scattered on the floor or on chairs, tables covered with paper and small items whose function is not clear, keep our minds busy trying to process all this information. My mind tries to find a pattern or order amidst this chaos, but often those efforts end in frustration. The inability to find a quick solution to this problem can leave me feeling depressed and having headaches.

Apart from that, a messy room can also affect the quality of our sleep. An unorganized and dirty environment can cause sleep disturbances and reduce the quality of our sleep. Sleeping in an environment full of chaos can make our minds restless, trigger insomnia and make us feel tired in the morning. As a result, we are trapped in a vicious circle where physical chaos causes sleep disorders and lack of sleep makes us increasingly unable to manage our environment well.

Tidying up a room may seem like a simple task, but it often requires more than just physical effort. There are emotional and mental elements involved in the process. Starting to tidy up your room can feel like a big step, especially if things are already very messy. But realizing that every small step in tidying up your room is progress toward a more organized environment can help reduce headaches and stress. It is important to start with small tasks such as picking up scattered clothes and putting them in their proper place or organizing the table by grouping items according to categories. Over time, this process will help create a more organized environment, which in turn will help reduce the levels of stress and anxiety we feel.

In the long run, keeping a room organized isn't just about aesthetics, it's also about our mental and emotional health. A clean, organized environment creates an atmosphere that promotes calm and concentration and helps us feel more in control of our lives. Therefore, tidying up your room is not only an everyday task, but also an important step in maintaining our overall well-being. By eliminating clutter in our bedrooms, we not only create a more comfortable physical space, but also have a positive impact on our mental and emotional health. Small steps toward regularity can make a big difference in the way we feel and function in daily life.
