Steemit Engagement Challenge: Building my Blog

As bloggers, we have a vision as well as a mission. Our vision is to build our steempower, to make great friends and to contribute greatly to the steem growth.

But all these can not be possible without the mission which is also a roadmap. We can only achieve our vision if we try hard to follow our roadmap which includes building our blog by publishing great contents, socializing with others and powering up greatly.

Building our blog or page can only be possible with regards to the type of content we create and that is why I am so excited to join in this contest. The topic is such that inspires great desire to fulfill our mission and achieve our vision.

I will then go straight to the contest tips to do justice to them.

When I started my steemit Journey, the diary game season 2 was just started by the steemit team and that was what I started with. Honestly, one of my fears when I joined steemit was what to share as a content. But as I continued with the diarygame, I got the inspiration to create other contents. I started developing other contents like making contest entries, steem promotional publications, food contents, crypto academy homework tasks, arts related contents and the likes.

The fear of creating crypto related contents where much then at the beginning of my steemit Journey because I don't like researched contents. I like contents that are natural and that I can develop on my own without having to rely on other people's contents or ideas. But I was encouraged to try it out especially during the early days of steemit crypto academy. Not that I can't do well when I set my heart on it but that is just my nature. I am always afraid of failure. This fear makes me to remain focused and at the end, I will be able to do it right. This was how I started creating crypto related contents and I did well during that time

In a nutshell, anything one sets his or her heart on doing, I can say that impossibility is nothing. We can always be good at it when we are determined to. My only challenge is time else, I can create contents on any subject at all.

Well, content creation to me is seasonal. It depends on what is trending at the moment. However, I like creating contests that will keep users busy and I also like taking part in contests.

I love creativity and this has made me to start hosting contests on it. I love challenges and I love to learn new things.

The content I love the most is steemgrowth related contents where I organize meetups and promote steem including powerup.

Ideally, posting time here in steemit can take place after every 5 minutes. However, no human can meet up with such time if the person is creating quality contents even if it is comment.

But as for me, I try to post daily sometimes and at the other time, I can post twice a day or even more.

I have been battling with health challenge lately and that had reduced the number of Publications I post daily but since comments are part of Publications, I am glad that I have not been completely inactive any day.

So I post as often as I get the opportunity to do so.

Some of my contents are done weekly like the contests I host, while some are done almost daily like the diarygame.

Recall that I already said that I love contents that are original, that I can develop through thinking and that can come naturally from me.

Hence, before I start writing, I first of all think of what to write, the points to develop, the images that will help portray what I want to write and how to make the writing appealing to the readers.

When I get these things ready, that is when I will flow.

If I am writing contest, like this one, I will first look at the topic and the brief explanation given by the host, then I will look at the contest tips and try to understand what the host wants from me.

Then I will try to gather the images that will suit the topic and each tip. I love using my own images this time unlike when I joined steemit newly. When I have the images handy, the inspection will come on its own and then writing begins.

The thing is that, as long as I have made the necessary preparations for my writing, I will start writing whenever and wherever I am. Even on the road because I often make use of my mobile device to create contents. Though I sometimes use my laptop, but the internet connections do not allow me to do so always. So with my mobile device, I can create content anytime, any where.

Another to look at when writing contests entries is the contest rules. Yes, I make sure I read them carefully and try to follow them meticulously because I always want to win.

When I finally start writing, I make sure to include introduction to the topic,

I explain the meaning of the word used as the topic and give brief explanation of how it relates to the whole contest of the writing.

I go straight to the contest tips if it is contest and I use the tips as my subheadings or I use the subheadings that will help me develop the topic if I am trying to create my own topic.

I upload appreciate images according to the tips or subheadings if I have all the suitable images for all the tips or subheadings.

I also upload videos where appreciate. Most of the videos are mine like the ones I include when I am hosting my art and creativity contests.

Then I try to include summary or conclusion at the end to mark the end of my writing. Here, I also include any lessons learned or developed in the course of my writing.

Content creation should come naturally,but for those who have initial fear like me,it can be overcome with time of consistent content creation and interactions with fellow steemians.

Reading other people's publications can boost inspiration and the energy needed to create content. So never give up hope.
