Taking time out to walk and exercise is a good way of keeping your body fit and healthy, it is good to watch what we eat, it is not about how much the food is but healthy eating is the most important.
It is good that you always try to sleep for 7 hours, sleeping helps in keeping one brain and body functioning properly.

Yes you are right.. most of never sleep well. That will make them trouble.
