Molding is one of the most important concepts in the design of a race car. There goes hell lot of Engineering and Fabrication into building of a race car. But at the end of the day what appeals to a layman is the aesthetics. How good a car is looking!

Molding is a manufacturing process where in a shape is created using a malleable raw material or a liquid using a fixed structure or frame called mold. There are various types of molding like injection molding, rotational molding, extrusion molding, blow molding etc.

We have created 3D model first and have projected that into 2D in different views on sheets. Then those sheets were pasted onto plywood for final shape and assembly. Body fibre was made of glass fibre, hardner and epoxy. Later Body graphics were pasted 🏎️🏎️🏎️
