The perfect length of time for reflection changes based on person inclinations and objectives. Here are a few rules:

  1. Apprentices:
    Begin with brief sessions, around 5 minutes, and continuously increment. This makes a difference you ease into the hone and discover your best times to contemplate.

  2. Common Proposal:
    Between 10 and 45 minutes per day is advantageous. Consistency things more than session term.

  3. Particular Hones:

  • Mindfulness-Based Push Diminishment (MBSR):
    Point for 40 to 45 minutes every day.
  • Supernatural Contemplation (TM):
    Hone 20 minutes twice a day.
  • Tibetan Ministers:
    They think for hours, regularly in shorter sessions¹.

Keep in mind, select what feels right for you, and center on consistency. Whether it's 10 minutes or 45, make it a day by day propensity
