Good night guys. How are you guys. By the grace of God, I am good and happy and I wish the same for all of my friends. Today, I am here with new recipe blog.

Today, I want to share my experience of cooking one of my favorite dishes at home. Chinese Rice paired with Chicken Shashlik. I have always been fascinated by Chinese cuisine, especially the combination of egg fried rice with chicken shashlik.

I boiled the rice and set them aside to cool. In a hot wok, I fried the chopped vegetables with soy sauce and fried chicken. The chicken cubes and vegetables were marinated for 30 minutes. During recipe making, i captured some photographs that i am going to share with you.
