Hello beautyofcreativity community, I know that nowadays it is very fashionable to do "earthing", but I have done it my entire life.

Context: "earthing" concept:

Grounding, or also called earthing, consists of the practice of walking barefoot on the ground, grass or sand to contact the energy of nature through the feet.

The lack of electrons caused by living surrounded by electronic devices, such as computers, tablets, WiFi networks, mobile phones, can pose a health problem. Therefore, a solution to compensate for this energy loss is to remember the importance of connecting with nature and making that encounter happen. Human beings, being electrical beings, act as antennas, emitting and receiving energy.

Our body constantly generates exchanges of electrical charges and, in them, positive ions are produced, and we need the negative ones (electrons) to stay healthy. When our skin comes into contact with the earth's surface, we absorb the negative ions that we lack, since nature is a large electrical network that produces them.

Whenever I have the opportunity, I took my shoes away and enjoy the earth, I am an earth sign and I have done "earthing" since I was little.

Since I was little I have been able to control stress, walking in the sand or dirt, bathing in the rain, lying on grass.

This morning I wake up specially blue, heavy, anxious. Then I remember that good doctor who told me "everytime you feel down, just walk or land in the sand or earth". I was like 18 at the time and he surprised me, he was psicologist.

But then I remembered that since I was a baby my family and I spent a lot, of time outdoors, all weekends we go to the river, every vacation we travel to the country where my grandparents lived and play with sand, surrounded by animals, always bathing in rivers, going on expeditions with cousins to look for stones and covering ourselves in clay and mud. Also cutting wood to cook outdoors and using huge leaves called "chaparro" to wash dishes.

And this way I could tell you thousands of stories.

Now I will tell you about this plant. Its scientific name is "Cosmos sulfurous – Ladybird Lemon Yellow" It is very common where I live, however I have planted it several times and it has not occurred to me. 'Ladybug Lemon Cosmos' is about 60cm tall and has beautiful delicate leaves and bright yellow flowers and I love yellow.

🌿Fun fact: The variety is named after the former first lady of the United States, Ladybug Johnson.

I have read that replanting it is easy and works well even in the poorest soils... Well, I did it by shredding the leaves of several flowers on the advice of my neighbor who has many... Let's see how my luck is this year.

This bushy plant produces several 4 cm flowers from spring to summer.
