I wanted to become a programmer

If I wanted to be a programmer and it's true I wanted to be a programmer, I simultaneously learned video editing and photo designing web development and app development. But due to lack of sufficient resources and internet facility, no one could complete the task. But by the time the internet and some resources came along, I was fed up with these things. I love video editing on mobile, for which I also added an app. Similarly, I do a lot of video editing on the computer. Programming started when I started learning the very basics ie, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
But all these are very basic, programming starts after that. That much I know, but I could not practice all these things completely due to lack of resources, I went to learn but resources were needed to fulfill a target or a mission. When on that learned thing I could not labor nor strengthen it, for now I have often forgotten it. So what could I do in programming? Well, now let's see who are the programmers
what do programmers do:
We go to a website, if we sign up, because of the process programming, log in, because of the process programming, play a game or run any app in mobile, it runs because of the programming, a wallet app. Be it a wallet site, a trading app, or a calculation site, it all looks like it's made by programmers.
Websites, applications, software, tools, pages, and many different things keep running because of the hard work of programmers. For this, immediate fault removal and redesign etc. are included in the duty of all programmers.
How would I study
When it comes to how I get into reality and how I learn and study. All the things that I have written above will be useful for this, that resources are needed, a good computer system is needed, in the beginning, I used to go to an academy and practice on computers. This is the year 2020. Also if I learn any thing I prefer online tutorial which mostly I watch from YouTube. Another good and easy learning trick is to open books on the subject and practice them. There are many good things taught in books, many great things are taught in books. But it is a pity that today's generation does not get time to open a book or learn from a book.
So I took the help of books and online tutorials to learn. But when I wanted to learn and I had the amount of time, there were no resources, and now that there are some resources, I don't have enough time to even turn on the computer. The computer turns on once after a month. I don't have time these days.

You only implicitly mention and write in general terms that programmers create websites, applications, software, tools.
Again, you only superficially describe that programmers eliminate errors and redesign products.
The text contains a lot of unnecessary details that do not relate to the questions asked, the questions are almost all ignored. Many repetitions, thoughts jump chaotically.
Maybe in the next lesson, which will be more practical, you will do better. And the main question, which no one has solved, will be transferred to the next lesson as an additional one. And you did not even mention this question.
There are not any kind of questions in your post, nor it is described well what we have to do. What are tasks, that's all mixed up post you published what we can do then. No proper questions you asked, nor proper English translation version you created. Really sorry for straight forward answer.
And now you are also not even encouraging the user, just giving your review and going away.
There is a text in two languages, with an English translation. Why are there no questions? I had to read the whole text. There is homework. There is even a short version of it, where there are 4 questions. And everyone else answered them, even though they all answered questions#4 incorrectly, but they gave an answer, and you didn't give any at all.
It's just now looking in manners, and I am damn sure by the way I too answered all of them in my post, I accept I added some additional information but it was related to my story, so it was necessary to add. I am sorry but I don't think this type of management is better to hold SEC.
The fact that you added additional information does not affect anything badly. This lesson can be called introductory, zero. It was possible not to do it, but to start with the second one. I said that the next lessons will be more practical, more specific and clear questions. Don't worry.
