How I Implement a Healthy Lifestyle

Hello steemians lovers.
Meet again with my post. Tonight I will tell you about the healthy lifestyle that I live. To get a proportional body, I have a healthy lifestyle.

If I don't take a lot of medicine, we just exercise. Drink lots of water, and also watch your food. Don't eat too much junk food. Once again fine, but not every day. Then if possible get enough sleep.

when is the time for me to exercise?

Usually before sunrise, I exercise in my room, or in the yard. The first thing I look for is air. First, if the morning sunlight is definitely good, it makes my skin sweat out of my body. After that I start cycling.

Light exercise such as yoga, jumping rope, or doing exploratory movements, so that my body starts to sweat and get fit after that, about 30 minutes.

Consume fruit juice

There are lots of juices. But all kinds of juices, I think have their own content. There is mango juice, there is carrot juice, there is tomato juice, there is guava juice.

I think all kinds of juices, as long as we consume them well every day, it really helps our digestion and the condition of our bodies. But remember not to overdo it with sugar.

Eat in moderation

Actually, I eat in moderation. Don't be too full either, but that doesn't mean we can't eat for a while when we're hungry. Later if we're hungry 2 hours, 3 hours later, it's okay to eat again. The important thing is not to overdo it. Because if it's too much, our digestion can't process it properly, so it becomes overweight, fat or disease.

Since when have I implemented a healthy lifestyle?

I've been implementing a healthy lifestyle like that for the past 2 years. Because stamina that is fit must be maintained.

Don't consume vitamins too often

For me, vitamins actually function to boost stamina when working too long, or when tired, like that. So it's more for recovery. If it's not needed, I don't think it's necessary to drink it. Because we can get vitamins from food or drinks that we consume such as fruit juice, and others. But if for example our body may drop, then we feel our condition is tired, maybe vitamins can be one of the helpers to be able to boost our body to be fit again.
