Understanding the coding and where to place them on the sheep body is another kind of job by itself....a big one for that matter.
Ofcourse this requires a carefull attention in other not to mess up the whole herd.
Sheep determine a very large part of my life right now, although not everything is going smoothly

You must put heart and soul into this job and have a good, caring eye. Then it's not that complicated.
Keeping animals is more than just feeding and watering them. The "interpersonal" has to be right, even if they are "farm animals", with which most people unfortunately deal differently than with pets.
Thank you for keeping your fingers crossed. There is still hope, but I have to pull myself out for a while first. I have offered various solutions, now it is up to those responsible to act on them. And for that I have to disappear, so that they can no longer rely on me. It will work out - hopefully.
