Steemit promotion on Instagram

Promotion has been an integral part of my work on this platform. Right from when I started promoting on Facebook, then steemit took me to Twitter. Now, our contest host @alexmove is taking me to Instagram to explore. I really love this no doubt. Checking various social medias to see who you can reach out too. From my observations on these four social media platforms, I discovered that

• Facebook has a lot of leads compared to WhatsApp but most times due to lack of data, some sway away.

• WhatsApp is very much active but you'll need to generate leads organically to get people or you create ads with money..

• Twitter is another social media that also has enough leads and engagements if you have followers.

• Instagram is what I'm exploring now but from general knowledge, it's known that Instagram works best on promotion generated through ads which is much more convincing and reaches a greater audience.

Ohkay, I thought of trying Instagram for steemit and guess what, I've really gotten engagements in less than an hour. Some people joined the group. How did I go about it? You barely just create anything and tell people to join. Why should I join? What's your motive and what do I stand to gain?.

Budget for design and ads creation	I'll start with a low budget first as I'm still trying to get used to the social media organically and inorganically. Starting with $15 to promote my post to a number of at least 5k to 20k visibility. This would do for now as spending too much running ads may not even bring the expected results.

This is the screenshot of my post on the social media. I ensured I tagged the platform itself and some users and tags such as #steemit and #steem I used three screenshots of my posts to create much evidence.

The strategies I used on this post so as to reach a large audience and to ensure the professionality is there are shown below.

• The design or graphics used speaks a lot and the picture on the graphics if applicable must be convincing.

• The text used also speaks a lot because it covers what the audience need to know about the post and what they stand to gain from the post. I made it short and straightforward not giving details.

• People like it when they hear something is free, so specifying this would trigger the audience to know more.

• Hosting a class online would help ensure uniformity and orderliness in replying messages instead of doing so singly which may be very stressful. It also saves time.

Results have shown that my promotion on other social medias like Facebook and WhatsApp are effective. I've signed up and mentored Over 30 users on this platform from WhatsApp and Facebook promotion. These are some of my posts that makes this evident.

Since I'm just doing it for the first time, I won't really expect much leads until I do it consistently and also create ads with the $15 or less. For the time being, I think I should be able to expect over 10 people join the class due to the fact that I have limited followers.
