Creative writing|| The importance of Light
Hello,happy Sunday from here to everyone,am super excited today and I would like to post an interesting topic to us today,a topic that will teach us,i would love to tell us about the importance of light,I know you guys can't wait to know what am about to write about light so now stay cool and learn, let's go.....
Light is the ability of indicating and interpreting information.light is something one cannot do without.light as the name implies is so common everywhere that it can be neglected sometimes without knowing but really it has a major role it's playing in our lives as individual even in the environment and our society and also the world at large. Even in the process of creation,God Almighty himself knew that without light there's no way creation can be actualized and he spoke light to the world and there was light in "Genesis 1:3",God really understood that. In history,we know about Thomas Edison who invented electricity that is light,tried 999times but at the 1000times he proved to the whole world what it looks like to have light or to be in light.i will like to take us bit by bit concerning this elevating and motivational topic as we go to the types of light,follow me guys......
There are two main types of light:
- Natural sources of light
- Artificial sources of light
These are the ones that comes from divinity(GOD)
(1)Sun:-This is the most important and also the most brightest of the natural source of light,because it gives hope to the earth as one of the heavenly bodies, as the warmth it releases helps the activity of mankind on earth.
(2)Moon:-This is also one of the natural source of light,though it doesn't give light on it's own but it radiates it's light in the night through the reflection of the sun geographically and it gives a comfortable light in the night .
(3)Star:-Stars are lovely creatures and also one of the natural source of light,and also among the heavenly bodies.Do you know there are stars that shines brighter like the sun? It gives the sky a lovely and dazzling look at night,as it also give it's light on earth.
(4)Fireflies:-This one although doesn't transmit a bright light but the light it gives on it's own makes the creature look so beautiful.
These are also one that comes from humanity(MANMADE),they are so numerous but here are the few ones I can mention here and they are;
(1)Candles:- it is manmade but can give light on it's own too at least one can be able to see with it.
(2)Lamps:-This one also gives light on it's own made,it undergo the process of refilling it with kerosene or it can be recharge with electrical energy like ;Generator,or solar device.
(3)Electric bulb:- I think this one is one of the best artificial source of light in our society today, because it can be seen anywhere and it distributes a brighter light to the environment we are living.
(A)It makes us comfortable:-Because when there is light at home or in your offices,it makes you relax,you turn on the fan,the television,you preserve your food items either by refrigerating or by drying under the sun.
(B)It gives joy:-When there is light,you see the kind of joy and happiness that will fill the atmosphere making it so enjoyable for mankind.
(C)Light gives direction:-Through light,you can be able to see clearly when walking ,driving or even flying especially in the night.
(D)Light enables hard-work:-With light,you can be able to work more because you are actually seeing what you are doing and you are propelled by the light to do more,so it enhances the chances of hard work.
(E)Light last longer:-light knows the importance it has and it is programmed or made to last for a very long period of time e.g the sun.
(F)Light is hope:-yes this is actually true you know why? Ok let's take for instance a sick person who have been suffering all through the night and there's no way he or she can leave the house in the night for security reasons,the person will have to endure till the breaking of the day that is the morning time and immediately he or she sees a reflection from outside,it gives the person relief that actually hope has come and he or she definitely will receive healing and certainly will be alive.
(G)Light is a reminder:- I think this is also one of the importance of light because it creates a kind of reminder or notifications for one to finish what he or she was not able to finish the previous day. It is also a reminder because it lets us know that we have a destiny to pursue,yeah I believe!!!
(H)Low rate of mistakes:-light is so beautiful,light is meaningful, and the best thing that has ever happened to our world today. Just imagine yourself sewing cloths without light,and cooking without light or driving without a headlamp or even writing and reading without a light or more so walking without seeing because the eye is like a light in the retina which enables it to see something even sometimes you can see in the night but not too clearly,so what if your retina or your pupil is damaged,how can you be able to see?because the eye is the light of the whole body,so you see you stand the chance of making alot of mistakes but when there's light,mistakes can be detected and be corrected at once.
Light is so paramount that it shouldn't be ignored. Light is the basis of what we are today,not just light as we know or call it,light is beyond what we see it as,in the other aspect of light that is spiritually,it brings out the stuffs you are made of,it announces one,light makes you creative even in this platform of steemit,you didn't know about it until you were taken to the light of knowing it and now look at where you are now,look out how creative and impacting you have become it is only through the "light"so go for light, it is the best!!!!.
