Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends how are you all? Hope you all are very well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I am here on the "Steem4Nigeria" community with a very nice recipe post. Today I am going to share a very popular chitai pitha of village region. Which is a traditional food of the village. In the winter season, everyone prepares pitha at home in this village pitha to eat this food. It is very tasty due to which the people of rural areas enjoy eating it so let's see how to prepare this delicious recipe. That is, let's share with you step by step the process of how to make Cheetah Pitha.

Required Materials:
  • An earthen pot for making pita.
  • Cups of hot water in feet.
  • Desi rice powder 2 kg.
  • Amount of salt.
✅ Making process-1

First of all to make this fun and delicious recipe. Two kg of rice powder should be made from rice. And this should be done very carefully. The rice powder should be made very finely.

At this stage, add 2 kg of rice powder and a cup of boiling hot water in a steel vessel. Then water and rice powder should be mixed well. And this work has to be done for three to four minutes so that the rice powder is completely mixed with the water.

At this stage comes a clay forma or a vessel on which the shape of pitha is made. Keep it on the stove till it gets hot.

At this stage, when the pot is hot. First, the rice powder with water. Those that I kept mixed should be given little by little with the help of a spoon.

Cook for three to five minutes with a lid until the pitas are ready. Once the pithas are ready, take down the lid and take the pithas one by one and this is how this delicious Cheetah Pithas is made. Which I have shared step by step.

The pies made at this stage are delicious to eat with chicken or beef. Which I shared. These dishes are much more delicious than they look tempting. Village people eat this food in different ways. Many people eat this cheetah pita after soaking it in milk, sugar and water at night, it is also very tasty. I find it tastes better with beef or chicken.
