Let's show how creative you are:- Drawing Goose
Drawing materials
√ A sheet of paper.
√ Pencil and eraser
Procedures
Step 1.
I drew one side of the neck with the upper part of the body.
Step 2.
I completed the full body and the long neck after which I drew the beak and the eyes of the goose.
Step 3.
I shaded the long neck and the head of the goose black and I lightly shaded the cheek.
Step 4.
I drew the legs with the webbed feet, and I shaded it, too.
Step 5.
I completed the body by adding all the feathers of the goose and I shaded it.
This is the final result of my drawing.
No, I haven't seen a goose before in my area. Looking at it, they look like ducks, and they also share some similarities, like staying in and out of water. Some farmers in Nigeria have rare goose, maybe because of the meat or the eggs, which means that it is edible but not as popular as other meat.
In as much as geese have a similar resemblance to ducks, there are so many unique characteristics that make them different.
• Their bodies are normally heavier and they also have longer necks than ducks.
• Goose are social and friendly animals, especially when they are raised with other livestock; they easily get along quickly.
• They can adapt to different environments, both water and land, but they spend most of their time on land.
• Goose are always protective of their partners and offspring and they usually feel bad anytime they lose their mating partner or their eggs. They also have a strong affection for themselves to the extent that if any of them is sick or wounded, others will drop out of formation just to help or protect the sick one.
This phrase simply means trying to search for something which, in the end, you didn't get; you end up wasting your time either because what you are searching for does not exist or you are searching in the wrong direction.
I invite @bela90, @eglis, and @lovinah to participate in this contest.
