Weekly iTeach Contest - My Super Home Remedy

We have come a long way in the ecosystem adding value and learning via various means. The habit that mustn't stop rather that energy to give more must be renewed always. Wait! What do we have here today? We want to learn from you through a contest. Let's see in detail what the contest entails.

Home remedy has been a practice that have existed for ages that can't be actually recorded based on years, in fact, it was the main way of life during the olden days when they were no technologies or let's say when civilization has not set into our world. It could be taking care of some basic health challenges, skincare, and so on.

Basically, home remedies are composed of readily available products in the house (typically natural products). Many of us were taught some of these home remedies while we were young when our parents administer them to us, unknowingly, we are been taught and it sticks. Some of which have remained a constant practice each time we experience some health challenges.

Everybody has what works for them most, for example, when I was growing up, Scent leaves (African Basil) squeezed to extract its liquid, and the liquid extract is added to lime to take care of stomach upset. It works quite well for minor stomach upset that may arise as a result of eating too much, consumption of too many sugary products, bad combination food products for consumption, and so on.

In essence, home remedies remain the best way to take care of some minor issues without taking drugs formed from different chemical compositions. And you know what it means to keep it natural? It's undoubtedly the best. This contest would be incorporated with the program "iTeach", so what do you have for us today?
