In the last few days in the area where we live there is a fruit season which is very popular with the people around where I live.

The fruits that have started to come into season in the past few weeks in our area are langsat fruit, rambai fruit and also buab duku. With the popularity of this fruit season, the markets in our city are filled with sellers of langsat fruit and also rambai fruit.

Langsat fruit and rambai fruit only come into season once a year, which makes everyone eagerly await the arrival of this delicious fruit. Langsat fruit itself has a sweet taste and has soft flesh.

In addition to its sweet taste, langsat fruit itself has many benefits for body health which makes this fruit much sought after by various groups, one of the benefits of langsat fruit is as follows:

• Langsat fruit can be useful for maintaining heart health because langsat fruit itself contains niacin ( vitamin V3)

• Langsat fruit also functions to maintain nerve function

• Langsat fruit also functions to maintain dental health because it contains phosphorus

• And most importantly, langsat fruit functions to maintain body resistance because it contains vitamin C

Unlike langsat fruit, rambai fruit has a taste that is slightly different and the texture of the fruit flesh is also different, rambai fruit has softer flesh and has more water content, although the external appearance looks similar at first glance but the taste is very different with its own characteristic deliciousness.

Here are some of the benefits of rambai fruit:

• Rambai fruit has benefits for maintaining fluid balance in the body
• Can maintain blood sugar levels
• And can also protect the eyes

Because these two types of fruit are very popular, our family also took part in participating selling these fruits to take advantage of the opportunities that exist.
