Greetings steemit family!

Wishing you all a blissful week. Am participating in a contest organized by @steem4nigeria titled "Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 37: Everyone is a Winner". The main aim of this contest I think is to know people's perspective about winning and how to achieve it on this platform.

What do you think of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT?

Am answering this question just as it was asked: What do you think of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT? And not what do you think of everyone being a winner in a contest?

So my answer to the question is I think it will be a good thing for everyone to be a winner on Steemit, what every reasonable person will ever want is to see others win because it gives a corporate joy for everyone coming out successful.
I can see some of the higher people who have achieved more than us the beginners trying to help us with votes, and a little effort to see us rise like them on the platform.

But on the other hand, everyone can't be a winner in a contest.

Is the idea of everyone winning on STEEMIT fair exciting to you?

Yes, the idea of everyone being a winner on Steemit is fair and exciting to me because people need to be rewarded based on their efforts. I see people putting all their best into creating quality content, uploading quality images, and also trying to avoid plagiarizing. It's not easy to create good quality content. So in the little way we can let's make everyone feel excited.

How does the concept of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT affect user motivation?

If everyone becomes a winner on Steemit it will affect the user's motivation from two different aspects. Good aspect and bad aspect.

On the good aspect, it will make everyone feel happy and not regret the effort they're putting into creating good quality content.

On the other hand, it'll cause disorderliness on the platform seeing people create low-quality content, and there will be no need for good-quality content, no need for hard work, and creativity.

Any challenges with everyone being a winner on STEEMIT?

There are challenges with everyone being a winner on Steemit. On steemit from my point of view demands more than your ability to write it takes creativity, discipline, and consistency to become a winner on Steemit.

What content would you create on STEEMIT to be a winner?

Just as I have written above and also emphasized by the moderators you need to create quality, plagiarism, and AI-free content to become a winner.
But apart from that you need to abide by all the rules governing the platform and also follow the rules set down for the contest for you to be able to become a winner. Never do what you feel is the best obey the rules follow the principles later down before you and you'll see yourself rising to the top.

I invite @ameh123, @echuku and @ngoenyi to participate in this contest.
