Hello friends, today I will love to share some important aspect that we are facing in the world today, a lot of things are happening around us, people committing suicide, marriages collapsing, all because of the hardship we are facing. As a result of this our mental health is at risks.

So I decided to educate us on this aspect, there are so many ways on how we can over come all this and maintain a healthy life.

WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH

Mental health is the key our overall healthiness, controlling how we think, feel, and interact with people around the world. Though mental health is usually overlooked which is not proper, it is very crucial to realize the importance of prioritizing our mental wellness. For you to maintain good mental health is not just the maintaining good health.

it is a positive state of being capable of handling challenges of life. For us to be able to understand some signs that lead to good mental health, there are some steps in which we have to undergo to have a healthy and fulfilling life.

SIGNS THAT INDICATE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH

  • When you portray positive self-image : this is when you accept yourself the way you are without finding fault, with so doing, you won't have any to worry about no matter the challenges
  • Emotional Stability: this is when you are able to manage your emotions in a healthy way. There is how you can overcome sadness, stress and anger, you don't let any of this to affect you
  • Resilience: A never give up mind set, in life we have to face challenges but the ability to bounce back is paramount, you fall and you raise again without letting your past hold you down.
  • Healthy relationships: select your friends and make sure you maintain strong, supportive connections with others.
  • Purpose and meaning: in life we all have target, so you make sure that you set your goals, have values for your self and have a direction, don't be toas around. Generally be focused.
  • Self-care: make sure you love yourself, do the things that makes you happy, take care of yourself and be happy always.
  • Effective communication: in any situation you found your self make sure you are able to communicate to your own understanding.
  • Problem-solving skills: in life problem must come but the ability to over come it in a healthy way is very important.

  • Flexibility: change is constant in life, so is advisable you adapt to it.

  • Overall well-being: make sure you are at peace with your self, be satisfied with what you have, do the things that makes you happy.

If you fall into this categories just know that you are maintaining a good mental health, but when you can't manage it is good to seek for a counselor
