"Moonlight Tales!"

There is this particular moonlight tales that makes me to be the kind of person I am.
Till this moment I can't forget about this story, so when I saw this contest, I told myself that this is the right time to share with us

One tale which made my childhood a memorable one was all about a young girl who saved her village from a very bad curse by showing forth kindness and compassion to one lonely spirit in the forest. This particular story really taught me the necessity of showing forth empathy and also treating others with respect, no matter how different they may look. I believe people around me can testify on this aspect, I make sure I show respect to people not minding their age or position. It has become part of me.

I believe it is a wise thing to share tales with little children, I do this at every holiday that my kids are at home, I make I tell them stories, at times they will be the one to come to me for more stories.

At times they share their school stories with me.

In all of this, telling stories to children is very good because stories have the strength to teach good lessons, put in imagination, and brings the passion and love of reading. Through tales, children can learn about a lot of cultures, customs, and beliefs, as well as developing the important moral values such as honesty, courage, and kindness.

From my childhood tales, the moral lessons which I still keep in my mind till this day include the benefit of being truthful, standing for the truth, and treating others with the value kindness and respect. These limitless lessons have shaped me both in my values and actions as an adult.

Moonlight tales were usually appealing to me as a child because they always have a magical, mystical quality which made them look even more enchanting. The soft glow of the moonlight, the movement of leaves in the wind, and the deep tones of the storyteller all combined together to bring a sense of wonder, happiness and excitement. According to the research made by Dr. Pauline Boss, a professor emeritus at the University of Minnesota, storytelling could have a positive impact on children's cognitive development and their emotional well-being.

The story tales of my childhood have had a lasting mark on my life, shaping me both in my values, beliefs, and imagination. Sharing tales with children can be a good tool for teaching important lessons and creating a love of storytelling. So, yes, I believe it is knowledgeable to share tales with children, as they have the characteristics to inspire, educate, and entertain the young minds.
