Hello dear lovelies and fitness lovers, I warmly welcome you to yet another week of my StayFit fitness routine. Yes, I will like to update you on my routine for last week. But I have also added it as a contest. Yea, in as much as you read my fitness activities within the week, I will also like to read yours. Staying fit is a nice business and I will like you all to be part of this move to stay fit.
The vision of StayFit fitness club is to ensure that everyone stays fit, not just for a moment but through out one's lifetime. Undertaking various fitness programs and remaining on it weekly or even daily helps us to achieve this.
Contest topic 👉 My StayFit Fitness Routine
This contest requires that you take part in fitness activities or programs and share what you did with us along with the pictures. It could be indoor or outdoor programs. You may belong to a fitness group or not. What matters is that you are undertaking programs that will help you to stay fit.
In this week one program, I will like you to do the following:
Warm up programs
Fitness programs
Stretches at the end
Answer these questions
In each of the 3 program sections above,
👉What did you do?
👉Where did you do it? (Indoor or outdoor? Alone or with a group?)
👉How many minutes or hours did you spend within the week to stay fit?
👉Any benefit? Your pains and joys
👉Your challenges (ask your questions on anything fitness. I am an instructor and I will try my best to respond)

Here is my StayFit fitness routine for the past week
As a fitness instructor, I was present all the workout days except on Friday when rain took over the whole day.
As an instructor, I always think ahead of the programs that will benefit my clients the most. I also do my best to join the programs because I must train myself to stay fit to be able to instruct others.
Below are the programs that we undertook within the past week
*Monday
Monday programs majorly involved planks. I used 3 different variations of planks. But we began with skipping of 500 jumps before the planks
Staying in plank position, jump in and out with the 2 legs while holding the floor or the step board is one of it. The next was the open and close of the both legs while still on plank position. Then, jump in and out with one leg at a time as though you are stretching the legs while still in plank position.
We had the russian twist with tyre and other programs for the day. You can see some pictures below
We concluded with stretches of various kinds
Wednesday
We had an external instructor who came to invite us for his program titled: Better Body Quest 2.0. After we skipped as a way to warm up, I gave him audience to train us on aerobics.

It's soccer ⚽ ⚽ ⚽ time
Immediately after our workout programs, we switched to football ⚽ ⚽ ⚽. We paired ourselves and played wearing the Steemit jersey I went with. It ended 2:0 in favour of the team yellow which I do belong
Friday was rain rain rain
I had to send notice to the group as can be seen from the screenshot below
Saturday training
We went again on Saturday with complete Tabata programs. Tabata programs comprises of aerobic exercises but it is timed with music. We follow the rhythm to start when it says start and stop when it says stop. I gave out the programs that we undertook while following the rhythm. I played 14 different Tabata songs of 8 minutes each. It was fun but yet difficult for most members as there was no rest periods apart from the 5 seconds rest according to the music.
@alli001 was our media person that day. At the end of the Tabata session, we stretched and each member did their personal programs. Some needed to work on their Tommy, some on upper body and some on their butts. I gave them different programs for that purpose.
On the whole, it was a wonderful week. Expect more for this coming week. Now that you have read and seen my own fitness routine, let me read yours.

Fitness is one basic routine an individual needs to also maintain a healthy system but must people don't know about it.
it's very effective to human.
I'll say each time I stay and keep fit, I hardly get ill but if I should stop doing it for sometimes then I'll start feeling down in myself like kind of falling to sickness.
so now I try as much to be fit even without going that classic.
Please ma'am I really commend you for taking this act as a responsibility because many people (Age mate, women) don't enjoy or wanting doing it.
And also thanks a whole lot for bringing it up as a contest I'm highly indebted.

My dear, with cold ooo. You can't even step out. But all the same, the rain is still for our own good. As the saying goes, after the rain comes sun ☀️☀️☀️. It will shine when it will shine. Determination is what matters. You can exercise at home and make your entry
