Smile, an antidote for living longer!

Smiling has many benefits, especially for your health, no matter the reason behind it. Studies show that smiling can lead to a happier and longer life.

I learned that a smile is like a warm greeting for anyone who visits. When you smile at others, they feel welcomed and at ease. We shouldn't wait for something good to happen before we smile. True happiness comes from within and isn't tied to money or possessions; it’s all about your inner self.

People who smile often appear younger. That's my little secret, and I hope you keep it safe. Happiness starts with a smile, and a smile can lead to love, which grows into lasting happiness.

Once, I asked someone why she didn’t smile, and she replied that she couldn’t just smile without a reason. I was surprised because I smile even when there’s no specific reason; my smile comes from within.

Some people go for years without smiling, and they often look older than they are. A few weeks ago, someone asked me how I stay looking young, and I told her it’s all about smiling. I wear my smile all day, every day, and I never get tired of it.

There was a young woman who complained about being single and wanting to marry before she turns 30. As we talked more, she admitted that she doesn’t smile and rarely goes out. She said she has no reason to smile, so she doesn’t.

I don’t know how she manages that, but I couldn’t help but laugh. It was new to me. Smile takes away sorrow, lightens your mood and leave you happy all the time. No matter what evil might be going around you, when you smile, you push away all evil away.
