SEC WK2 : The language in my country
Invited by @stef1 to participate in this activity,I am willing to share some knowledge about my national language.
First of all, please allow meIntroduce my country.
I come from China. There are 56 nationalities in China. There are more than 80 languages. And the most common is Chinese.Different branches of some ethnic groups also have their own languages, so they form more than 80 languages.
And what we often use is Chinese. The Han nationality is also the most populous nation in China. Then there are many dialects in Chinese. As we often say, northern dialect and southern dialect. Then the most representative northern dialects are Northeast Dialect, Shaanxi Dialect and Henan Dialect. The most representative southern dialects are Sichuan dialect, Guangxi dialect and Cantonese. These dialects represent the common sayings in different regions. But for us, we all use Mandarin in our daily communication.Because dialects in different places mayIt's not very understandable to say it, so we all communicate in Mandarin.
We can understand it this way.China is divided into many provinces, each with its own dialect. Each province also contains different ethnic groups, and each ethnic group will have its own language.
I often use Mandarin for communication, that is, Chinese.Because I went to school in Shanxi before, I also know some Shanxi dialects. I also know a little about Cantonese, because I usually sing some Cantonese songs.
How has this language improved/helped your life and business?
Are you willing to teach your children these languages? Yes/No. State your reason
Of course, I will let my children learn Mandarin.Because it allows him to communicate well with others. So I will teach my child when he is very young and let him learn to use Mandarin. If he likes other languages, I will support him very much and let him study hard.
I will invite my friends @liusir @hudamalik20 to participate, thank you.

Wow, I did not know that there are so many nationalities in China, I remember I heard about dialects.I think it is good to have one common language for everyone for communication and I can imagine that it is very important while you are in University and also maybe for television for transmission of news.
By the way, wanted to ask about Jackie Chan he is my favourite actor, what part of China he is coming from and where he lives at present.
I think it is important to let children learn the languages when they are young, it will be very easy for them later. That was great that you joined the challenge :)
I'm not sure but Jackie C. is from Hongkong, isn't he?
Yes
Jackie Chan was born in Hong Kong in 1954.Then he was taken to Australia by his parents.Studying there. But because he likes fighting,So he dropped out of school at an early age. At the age of seven,Their family returned to Hong Kong. At this time, he began to learn from the teacher and learn to perform.Until he was 17,He is successful in his studies. He started his acting career. Until now
