Hi friends, welcome back to this space, we are glad to bring to you this week's accelerated contest. We have a very interesting topic to consider, am sure you are already in love this topic because we can all relate with it.

Saying "NO" is one of the hardest things most people find hard to say even when they are hurting or very uncomfortable and you know it's even worse when the person/people they are dealing with are those very close to them or people they hold dear.

Many people have damaged their self esteem and hurt themselves so bad just to please others by giving "YES" to every and any request when they really know it not convienient. Sometimes this singular act brings consequences they could have avoided by simply replying NO.

In this contest, we want you to share with us the experience you had while trying to please people. We want you to share with us in detail...what you learnt.
