Today I wanted to make a recipe for chicken meat. So I went to the market to buy chicken. Usually, I buy local breed and broiler breed chicken. But this time I bought another breed chicken. The name of this breed is Koilar. At present, the demand for this chicken meat is increasing day by day. This meat is much tastier than broiler meat.

I bought a Koilar weighing a little over 2 kg. The price was about 4 dollars. The shopkeeper processes chicken meat. The man does not ask for any extra money for this. If the meat is not processed, there will be a lot of trouble. Need to process the meat.

First, the meat should be washed very well with water. After washing with water, it should be left for 10 minutes to get water out of the meat. If the water is completely out of the meat, then the meat should be marinated. Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with 1 teaspoon of chili powder and soybean oil. Then marinate the meat well. Marinate the meat and cover it for 10 minutes.

On the other hand, round potatoes should be cut into pieces. Then the potato pieces should be washed well with water.

Then, when the oil is hot in the gas stove, the potato pieces should be browned and fried separately. Then the meat should be poured in the hot oil . Then the meat should be fried in oil for 20 minutes. Then an amount of hot water should be poured in it. After cooking for 10 minutes, add the pre-fried potatoes. Then cover the meat for 20 minutes. When the broth is thick, put the meat off the stove with hot spices.
