Spent a little time this afternoon, looking at different photos and applying some "art effects."

I took a photo and tried various versions of a "pencil sketch," and rather liked this outcome. Considering it was a rather dark photo to begin with, this actually has more definition than the original.

Then I took the same photo and tried various pastel/watercolor effects.

I liked that one because it has a very "fresh" spring-summer look to it. It's a little more "impressionistic," I suppose!

Did several others, but they were just not that great.
