I'm Happy Doing Art | Creation of bird with dry leaves
Dear GEMS Family
When the tree arrives, the leaves and flowers that showed so much beauty and gave us so many shadows are swept away by the wind, swept up and thrown into the garbage dump. Sad truth?
In an environmental spirit, I wanted to give many dried leaves a more beautiful destination. I created a beautiful Owl and I will show you the step by step below:
1 I marked with white chalk the silhouette of the AVE's body on these wooden surfaces.
2 Then I started to fill the body of the AVE from the bottom up as shown in the image, inserting classified dry leaves of a similar size.
3 To make the head of the AVE 9 leaves are needed, the yellow beak is with a yellow leaf to make the difference
4 For the eyes and legs, I made some cuts in yellow paper, and also with foami I cut the eyelids of their large eyes
Finally I put the tail with an abundant amount of dry leaves
Final score:
Materials used:
- Dry leaves
- Yellow paper
- White chalk
- Graphite pencil
- Scissors
- Foami
I hope this art is to your liking and you are motivated to practice it at home with your children or friends during and after quarantine.
