Vegetable Daliya Recipe!
Porridge is one of the healthiest breakfast to have. Porridge is rich in proteins and is a great source of energy that helps one to stay energetic throughout the day. It can be cooked in different ways, with milk or with lots of vegetables. I prefer my porridge with loads of veggies. Let’s see how we make it.

Mint Chutney
Ingredients
• 1 finely chopped tomato
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 small bowl of finely chopped bell peppers (Green, Red and Yellow)
• ¼ tablespoon red chilli powder
• ¼ tablespoon Turmeric Powder
• ¼ tablespoon Maggie masala
• Salt as per taste
• 1 Cup Porridge
• 3 Cups Water
• 1 TBSP Lemon Juice.
Method
Step 1: Finely chop all the vegetables in a glass bowl. Heat 1 TBSP oil in a pressure cooker and let it turn hot. Add all the vegetables and let them saute.
Step 2: Add all the spices to the vegetables.
Step 3: Now add the Porridge and water to the vegetables. Pressure cooker for about 10 minutes on low flame (2 whistles should be enough)
Step 4: Once cooked and steam is released from the pressure cooker, add lemon juice and mix well.
Step 5: Serve hot with green mint chutney and aloo bhujiya.
