Today, I will share my Food and Cooking activity on 08-05-2022 in detail in my The Food Diary Game post.

Today, I will share with you detailed information about homemade delicious sesame pastry, fried potatoes that I prepared from potatoes cut in the form of apple slices, lentil soup and the third competition I organized specifically for the SteemFoods X Steemit Engagement Challenge.

Morning:

I woke up at 10:15 this morning, routinely washed my hands and face, and then started the day by brushing my teeth. Before preparing my breakfast in the morning, I prepared an espresso for myself to wake up and start the day energetically. Then I started to prepare delicious sesame pastries for my breakfast, using sausage and feta cheese that I hadn't prepared for a long time. There is a pastry shop near me and many kinds of bagels, pastries, pastries are sold here, but they are very greasy. That's why I wanted to prepare homemade pastry after a long time.

I think the most important part for pastry is to prepare the dough, I add warm milk to the stuffing myself for soft and delicious pastry. Then, after I prepared my dough, I added sausage and feta cheese to it. I cooked the buns as follows for about 20 minutes at 220 degrees in a preheated oven. It was enough for me to prepare a tray.

Lunch Time:

I decided to prepare french fries for lunch, but I decided to cut these potatoes not in sticks but in apple slices, as an extra, I washed the potatoes well but cut the skins thinly. In the videos I watched on Youtube, I saw that a chef's french fries were more delicious this way, and I wanted to try it. I cut 1 potato in the form of apple slices and fried it in a pan with a little oil. I finished my lunch by adding Heinz brand ketchup and mayonnaise, and I did not use any bread in my lunch. I can say that this helped me to eat less calories.

Towards Evening :

Towards evening, I decided to prepare myself a hot red lentil soup. I usually buy ready-made soups in powder form from the supermarket, all I have to do is determine the amount of water and cook it. Therefore, it is really practical and it is more costly when we prepare the same soup with our own ingredients. But I use these soups not because of their cost, but because of their practicality. Maybe there are "Knorr" branded products where you live, I definitely recommend it. Some of the soups that I prepared at home are delicious. In about 10 minutes I had my red lentil soup ready, along with a hot plate of soup of course I added a few slices of toast. I would like to share a gif with you while preparing the soup below. 🙂

Evening :

In the evening, I no longer prepare any meals and try to complete the day with only fruit and some nuts. In this way, I have fewer calories during the day, I will try to lose weight by paying attention to what I eat at home without doing sports, if I succeed, I will continue. Otherwise, I'm thinking of going to the gym. I peeled and sliced ​​1 green apple. In this way, I completed my food and cooking activity for today.

Night:

That you enjoy French fries with sauces is like a universal law for eating French fries.

Red lentil soup looks very nutritious and enjoying green apples is ideal to complement your day.

Hola mi amigo, como siempre nos presentas un menú muy variado y delicioso.

Me encantaron los pasteles o panes para el desayuno se ven realmente deliciosos, cuando hago pan en casa, también acostumbro usar leche tibia.

Las papas fritas siempre serán una excelente opción, a mi hijita Micaela les encanta, pero sin salsas, se las come solo con un poco de sal.

La sopa también se ve muy rica, acá en Venezuela hacemos sopa de lentejas pero le agregamos muchas verduras y chuletas o chorizos ahumados. Cerraste tu día con una rica manzana, eso estuvo bien, bajas calorías. jaja, saludos,

Saludos amigo, me encantas las papas fritas cortadas en forma de naranja, son mas deliciosas. Es importante combinar una dieta balanceada con ejercicios, así que le recomiendo que combine la dieta con una rutina de ejercicios.

How delicious the homemade puff pastries you have there. Every time you say feta cheese, it makes me want to go out and buy some immediately. It is truly one of my favorite foods in the world.
