Friends, this time I will introduce to all of you about Aceh's special food which is very delicious and is loved even by people from outside Aceh, its name is Timphan and Lapis cake.
This food or cake has been around since time immemorial, usually this food is made for certain occasions such as weddings or family events. This food has a distinctive taste that other regional foods do not have.
The process of making it is not that difficult, you only need perseverance and thoroughness and you have to be patient in making the dough, because if the dough is wrong, the cake will fail and you cannot enjoy it. Timphan has two variants of the filling, namely Aso kaya and Aso ue.
For the people of Aceh, of course, this food has become a custom, but it is very unfortunate that there are still many people outside Aceh who do not know this food, because it needs more promotion from the government to show the world about Aceh's special food.
