Galletas de mantequilla con budin y banana-Butter Cookies with Banana and Pudding

Los ingredientes que utilicé fueron

-bundin 20g
-Leche 100ml
-Azúcar 150g
-Harina de trigo 250g
-Mantequilla 100g

Lo primero que se hizo fue el budín, agregar la leche, 50g de azúcar y el budín en una olla a cocer hasta que espese.

The first thing that was done was the pudding, add the milk, 50g of sugar and the pudding in a pot to cook until it thickens.

Luego preparamos nuestra masa de galletas, agregamos la harina, la mantequilla (líquida) y el resto del azúcar en una taza y la compactamos con nuestras manos.

Se le dará forma a la masa para que tenga un agujero y la llevamos al horno durante 20 min.

Cuando la galleta esté lista, debes esperar a que esté fría y luego rellenar con el pudín y el plátano, le agregué un toque extra de caramelo.
