On this day, I will share the recipe for gule coconut milk shellfish plus aceh typical kecombrang flower, kecombrang flower in English "torch ginger" for Latin Etlingera elatior. Besides being easy to get, kecombrang flowers are also very beneficial for our health, I really like The aroma and taste of kecombrang flowers are called in our area of ​​Aceh, as (Bungoeng Kala).

Shells in our area are very easy to find if you are able to find yourself in the river by diving and sometimes by feeling into the water if the river is a bit flat, but if you can't dive into the river, we just have to buy it in markets that are easy to find here. like the aroma of kecombrang flowers and their distinctive aroma, moreover kecombrang flowers also contain anti-bacterial and antioxidants as well as anti-cancer as well as many other benefits such as important nutrients and minerals such as calcium and phosphorus. For this reason, I very often add the spices of kecombrang flowers in my cooking.

so, let me share a little of my recipe today ....!
here are the ingredients that I use for my first cooking at steemfoods are:

*Materials:
400 grams of clams, lime juice to taste
3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
6 kecombrang flower stalks, sliced
3 spring onions, sliced
300 ml coconut milk from 1. 1/2 grated coconut milk to taste

1 garlic clove
