Bear Brand Powdered Milk

It only takes four simple steps to make this dish. It's pretty easy. A little amount of time will do to make this sweet little snacks. I'm sure you will love this. Check out the step by step procedures below. ;)

Procedures

Step 1

In a clean plastic bowl or mixing bowl, pour 4 cups of bear brand powdered milk. Add one can of Alaska Condensada Ube-macapuno flavor creamer. Mix it well until a dough-like textured is achieved. Take note, do not use stainless bowl or tablespoon to prevent sticking and to make it easier to mix. You can also use disposable plastic gloves for more comfortable and easier mixing.

Step 2

Pour 1/2 cup of sugar in a separate bowl. We will use that for coating. Slice the cheese into cubes for filling afterwards. Then set it aside for later use.

Step 3

Scoop 1 teaspoon of the mixture and add cheese for filling before molding it into circular shape. Again, it depends on your desired size and shape, I always prefer bite size only so you can eat it easily. Put it in the sugar for coating after molding it.

Step 4

Transfer it in a clean container and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. It can also be eaten immediately but for me, it tastes better when chilled first. So i prefer putting it first in the refrigerator before your first bite. :)
