INGREDIENTS:

Dough:
3 eggs
180 gr cheese
180 g fat-free cottage cheese in a briquette
120 g rice flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt

COOKING:

Dough:
Three cheese on a fine grater.
We mix all the ingredients. The dough should not be sticky so that you can roll it into a sausage.
Roll out the dough into a thin sausage. Cut into portions. I got 10 sticks.
We spread it on baking paper.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
We put on the convection mode and put in the oven for another 5 minutes so that a crisp crust forms.
