#club5050 Let us Make Vegetamble Lumpia
Well today, I want to share a healthy recipe for everybody. It is what we called "Lumpia". Lumpia came originally from China and was passed through any countries where they settled. Philippines is one of the place where Chinese stayed for how many years and we get this recipe from them. It is a spring roll of meat or any kind of food for wrap.
🔹frying pan
🔹 stainless food clip
🔹stainless strainer
🔹1/4 cooking oil
🔹50 pcs lumpia wrapper
🔹chopped vegetables of sayote and carrots
🔹onion and garlic
1️⃣ Wash all the ingredients. Then chopped the onion and garlic into pieces. Mix it with the chopped vegetables.
2️⃣ Prepare the wrapper. Get enough amount of the mixture then roll.
3️⃣ Boil the 1/4 cooking oil in a frying pan.
4️⃣When the oil is hot enough, fry the lumpia roll. Wait until it becomes brown.
5️⃣ Put it in a strainer to strain the excess oil.
Sharing to you all the output of my recipe, Vegetable Spring Lumpia, best for breakfast and lunch paired with rice.
