Adobong Baboy (Less Oil)
INGREDIENTS :
BAWANG (Dice)
SIBUYAS (SLICE)
Cooking oil
Pork meat
Soy sauce
Paminta
Vinegar
Paitan (Siling Mahaba)
Steps:
- Heat the cooking oil
- Fried and Mix sibuyas and Bawang in the hot oil.
- Add the pork meat and let it fried until golden brown in Low Fire.
- Add water and Soy sauce mixture to the frying pan.
- Let it boil and mix until the meat change its color.
- Add the vinegar and Paitan and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Spread the Paminta and close the lid.
- Wait it to boiled by its sauce for 5 minutes.
- Eat and Enjoy.
