THIS IS MY OWN KIND VERSION OF SAUTEED PORK IN TOMATOES...
Hi!!! Hello.....Steemians and SteemFoods Community this is my first time posting and i will be great to share my simple cooking recipe and it's called kinamatisang baboy or Sauteed Pork in Tomatoes. I'm not good in cooking but My son love it's he always love what i cook to him and i appreciate it.
so before we will start here are the following ingredients of Sauteed Pork in Tomatoes:
- Pork
- Garlic
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Pechay
- String Beans
- Salt
- Oil
- Seasoning ( magic sarap )
- Water
here are the procces of cooking the Sauteed Pork in Tomatoes:
First - put a water in cauldron and put the pork.
Second - put a salt and cover the cauldron and wait 10 minutes to boil and after that don't throw the soup or Pork broth just stay aside because it can be use later.
Third - after 10 minutes get the boiling pork and transfer to other cauldron and set aside the soup or Pork broth it can be use in the next step.
Fourth - use other cauldron and put into the stove and sit the fire with slow fire
Fifth - if the cauldron is hot enough put a oil and hit it. put and Saute the Garlic first until it will turn lightly brown and follow the Onion.
Sixth - next put the Tomatoes if the Onion becomes translucent.
Seventh - next let's add the boiled Pork if the Tomatoes are soft and add the seasoning and salt and mix them together.
Eight - if the pork is absorbing already the ingredients , to absorb more the ingredients let's simmer for 5 minutes.
Ninth - if the pork absorbs in 5 minutes simmer. let's mix for few more seconds and next pour the Pork broth. mix it and simmer again for not less than 30 minutes to make the pork more soft and easy chew.
Tenth - next add the string beans if the pork is ready and cook the string beans in a few minutes.
and Lastly if the string beans are cook add the pechay and cook for 2 minutes.
and walllaaa.... the dish are ready to serve.....
