"TUSLOB BUWA" is a Bisaya term in which "TUSLOB" means "to dip" and "BUWA" means "bubbles". In short, you need to "dip" the "puso" (Puso is a traditional way of rice being cooked inside the coconut leaf and formed into a diamond) in the bubble.

How to Make a Bubble?

The following are the INGREDIENTS in making the "buwa" of the "Tuslob Buwa":

That's how affordable our meal is and I tell you the ambiance of the place is so good. You can as well render a song to your loved one through minus one music and they just prepared a microphone on the stage.

The crew as well are so sexy and very accomodating. They always smile at their customers while serving. You cannot see on their faces that they were tired. And they just enjoyed their job.

Barkada Unlimited Tuslob Buwa

By the way, they named their restaurant as "BARKADA". Barkada is a bisaya term again which means close friends. They chose that name because the owner of the restaurant is a corporation of 5 friends. They were friends since high school until they came up with this business. And it so happened that these friends were my schoolmates and batchmate of my husband @jmaxswivel. It is a destiny that brought us here. But unfortunately, the five friends were not at the restau because they were in their other branch... AWESOME, indeed!

The restau opens every day every 11:00 am to 10:pm.

I guess that would be all for today, hope you enjoyed my simple blog. And if you wish to come here in the Philippines, don't miss to try this EXOTIC food the TUSLOB BUWA. You can be with your boyfriend/girlfriend/, or you can be with your wife/husband or with your family and friends. This is for everybody, and surely you will enjoy the process especially in preparing the "BUWA".
