How to Cook Pickled Cucumbers

Hello community! This is my first post on Steemit, so first I'll introduce myself.
My name is Maryana, I am from Ukraine. I love to cook, it's my hobby. On this platform, I plan to write posts exclusively on cooking topics. That's why I joined the SteemFoods community and hope that someone here will be interested in my posts.
Today I want to tell you how to cook pickled cucumbers. For this, we will need 2 kg fresh cucumbers, which, by the way, I collected from my own garden.

We also need garlic:

parsley:

dill flower:

and common table salt:

Now we need to prepare the brine. For this I will 1 liter of water.

We need to dissolve 2 full tablespoons of table salt in this amount of water.

Next, we take a glass jar with a volume of 3 liters. We put dill flowers on the bottom.

After that, add parsley:

Now we put a few cloves of garlic:

We are ready to put cucumbers. Cucumbers should be laid out tightly, so we will be able to fit more cucumbers in the jar.

On top of the cucumbers, we again put dill flowers, parsley and garlic:

Next, we put a layer of cucumbers again, on top of the cucumbers dill flowers, parsley and garlic.

Now we need to fill all this with previously prepared brine. I spent 2 liters of brine.

That's it, the pickles are ready.

In the end, all that remained was to close the jar with a lid. For this, a plastic cover is enough for us.

Such cucumbers can be stored for a very long time, even the whole winter. They taste good, especially often we eat them with potato garnish.
